New PKR site set to demonstrate value of brand communities in online gaming space

Next-generation online poker room PKR.com has today announced the re-launch of its consumer facing website at www.pkr.com. Showcasing a new look and feel, the site brings PKR’s 2.75m registered customers a range of new social networking and community features designed to increase engagement levels and enhance customer experience.

Developed with London based web design agency Zone Content (www.zonecontent.com), highlights of the new PKR.com site include;

A fully upgraded ‘MyPKR’ section that offers players a range of social networking features including personal profiles, friends management system, PKR related newsfeeds and player-to-player messaging.

A new community section that offers daily original content providing coverage of events taking place on the site together with profiles of the personalities involved with PKR. Users will be able to have get involved via article comments systems through the highly used PKR forum. The community section also offers PKR customers access to a branded online TV station (www.PKR.tv) and a digital version of Stacked, its highly acclaimed customer magazine.
